Woodsball Teams

The BT Rangersare an international grassroots movement, with Chapters in Canada, the United Kingdom, and the United States. The BT Rangers promote the Band of Brothers methodology by promoting safe, fun, and responsible paintball play, and by adopting a philosophy of No Ego. The BT Rangers goal is not to win, but to ensure that those around them have a great, safe time, and to ensure that by example the No Ego philosophy is served on the field to all players regardless of age, skill level and marker or gear choice.

The BT Rangers were formed after the founders realized that there were far too many teams trying to “make it”. It became apparent that being the “best”, or winning was the only focus and that the enjoyment of the game was being forsaken in the pursuit of glory. This was not something that the original BT Rangers enjoyed or agreed with. The initial principles of Ethos over Ego was born.
