Product information:

Ever broken a paintball in your barrel?  Of course you have, it happens to everyone.  Just slide your squeegee down the barrel a couple of times and then start shooting again.  Ever break a ball in the breach of your paintball marker?  If so, that’s a completely different situation.  For most markers, that means a trip off the field to break down your gun and start cleaning.  Not anymore!  With the Empire BT4 Slice feature, remove the hopper and just pull one of the shell pins and open it up to get inside to clean.  You can do it right there, on the field, while under air pressure!  No other marker gives faster access to the internals of your marker than the Empire BT4 Slice Combat paintball marker, also known as the BT4 Slice Combat paintball gun.  This semi-auto baby has been made for years by Empire and has moved one step closer to the perfect paintball gun.  Break it down in less than 15 seconds, give it a quick cleaning and be back fighting your opponents in less than 1 minute.  Spend more time on the field and less time doing maintenance with the BT4 Slice Combat from Empire Battle Tested paintball.

  • New Field strippable design – simply remove ONE tool-less pin and the markers opens up for maintenance
  • Maintenance can be performed in the field while under air pressure
  • Outer shells designed for tool-less access to all internals
  • Picatinny rails for adding accessories
  • Stabilizing foregrip – helps keep your shots on target
  • AR-15 style T-cocking handle – it's just a cool way to cock the marker
  • Redesigned trigger guard accommodates hands with gloves
  • Electronic ready grip frame

My field got a whole new set of these guys as rental guns. No complaints about them what so ever! Super easy to take apart and clean when a ball does break in the gun, espeically if your boss wants an x amount of guns on the rack up and running by the end of the day. Takes literally no more than 4 minutes to open up, clean and oil the gun, and put it back together as opposed to 15-20 minutes. Great choice for either a beginner player or a field looking for a great marker that can be very easily maintained

So, I bought two of these to loan to my son's friends when we play paintball. The guns seems to work great, just like older the BT4s everybody else has. Reliable, effective, and good intro level guns. But, when a ball is chopped, clean up is super fast and easy. I'm going to get more as soon as possible, for me and as others to loan out...

I recently had seven people ages seven to thirty, out with me to my local field. That's when I noticed a different than usual rental marker. It was the BT Slice I've been looking at as a Christmas gift for my kid. (and a possible backup for me) We all gave it a go. It was light enough for a seven year old, yet durable enough for a devil may care, slide into bunkers, crawl in the mud eighteen year old. The Slice was a straight shooter stock. The low capacity rental thanks (Ninja 3000 steal 48 ci I think) were still able to put 4 hoppers through before a precautionary refill. The field owner let me do a quick strip and it is as quick and easy as the YouTube videos. Everyone loved the look and feel of the milsim T handle designed cocking lever. I've yet to handle a mag fed with that extra functional and aesthetic touch. The fact that it keeps the internals closed off from marker shots and debris in the first place is even more ingenious than making it easier to clean the internals themselves. There is only one other marker out there that is able to compare with the BT Slice and in my opinion, the milsim T handle puts the Slice a notch above. I have not shot the slice with the optional electronic grip upgrade, but it's a great option to have. I don't believe the competition even has an electronic upgrade option yet available as I write this. And if they do develop one, from my research, I am certain it will not be as easy to install or replace as on the Slice. I gave the BT Slice five stars. There are faster, more accurate, more realistic, and most of all more expensive markers out there. If you look at the Slice through the lens of what BT set out to create, a reliable, low and easy maintenance, inexpensive, base marker that can grow with a player, five stars is what it deserves. There will be a BT Combat Slice under the tree for my child this Christmas. If only I could be certain that one will be there for me...
